If you insist that your electrician should use nigerchin cable, I don't think he should go against your wish because that's what you want. Buy the cables and drop it on site for him or tell your supplier to supply all the require cables.

Though, some technicians prefer one materials over others. My own technician too prefer coleman cable over others because it is easy to pull. I normally insist on using engine oil when pulling cables for easy drawn-in.

Sir, I think pvc is still better in the toilet and a normal ceiling with some designs is good in the kitchen. Thousgh, I ve seen where they use pvc ceiling in the kitchen and it nice but not sure of durability because heat can make it shrink.

I currently require advice on the type of tiles to use and quantity required.
The measurement of the rooms and sitting areas are as detailed below.
Wall
Toilet 1 = 15 cartons

Kitchen = 15 cartons
Floor
Room 1 = 25sq
Dinning & Sitting Room = 21sq + 34sq

Anyway, as for quantity, you will have to purchase a bit more than the quantity estimated above, so that you aren't in a situation where you'll be short of tiles and have to go back for more and then do not find the exact tiles missing. That can happen almost all the time. then as for pricing, you should be looking between the range of 1,800 to 2,200 for wall tiles and 1,800 to 2,700 for the floor tiles(cheapest of the Good quality tiles). Then as for an idea on identifying a good quality tiles from the China ones, a major tip amongst many is

WALL TILES: You'll hardly ever see a China tile that is Measured 60cm x 30cm only the original ones(spanish Tiles & Italian) come in that measurements, the china ones regularly comes in a 25cm x 40cm dimension. and 2 the china tiles are definitely light weight.
FLOOR TILES: The only identification on floor tiles I can give to you given when there is no professional there with you is that Spanish tiles weigh more than China Tiles and the designs on Original tiles look more precise and definite than China Tiles, mostly with the way the tile designs hit the edges of each tiles.

I hope this info can help a bit more, if not, then you are advised to get a professional or at least a tiller to help for identification.

Gypsum boards vs PVC.
I have never been a fan of PVC for ceiling finishes. Amoula or China. I'll rather go for Nigerite. But i'll like people to talk about why they prefer PVC to other ceiling finishes apart from Cost.

Why not use gypsum boards instead of PVC? Difference in cost is not much and you can be sure it lasts longer than PVC. You can also make gypsum boards into various beautiful designs.
If cost is a problem, why not use Gypsum boards for ur sitting room and pvc for the inner rooms?
