At some point Ethiopia Airline was operating solely out of Enugu.

They had a monopoly on that route.

Many reasons from documents to contraband, fight and ofcourse potentially drug trafficking.

However, that dont give Ethiopia right to start commiting murder.

Air Peace will completely displace them in SE region.

It is lack of Nigeria Airline that lead many Nigerians to pass through Ethiopia.

And every single flight in or out of Enugu always has a drug mule on board.

The NDLEA commander at Enugu even issued a stern warning to all his men that if any case of a drug mule arrested on arrival to their destination out of Enugu is reported, he will arrest his own men for negligence.

I can tell you for free that potential drug mules began avoiding Enugu airport since Marwa took over because of higher scrutiny and screening of passengers that on a daily basis the NDLEA was making 3-4 arrests daily.

Do you know how much fines Ethiopian airlines paid to the Nigerian govt for each arrested drug mule on arrival at Enugu airport ? Sooner the drug traffickers grew sense and started using Lagos and that is why we see more cases recorded at Lagos and Enugu has become quiet owing to the NDLEA commander scrutinizing every passenger .
