We judge people based on past performance and not on assumption and promise. Tinubu's performance as governor is far beyond what Obi could have even aspired as a governor. When Soludo assumed office, he said it that there was nothing to show for Obi's governance, no legacy whatsoever. That is in addition to Anambrarians' complaint about him way back in 2012.
