You asked when did they steal it? After Roman chased Jews out of Israel and renamed it Syria-palestina, some remnants of Jews remained in the land until Islam was born and Muslim Arabs conquered Syria-Palestina (formerly judea samaria)

Even if Israel decides to relinquish 70% of the land they currently occupy to Palestine, the Palestines and the Hamas will still continue to wage war with Israel because it’s been their identity since time immemorial. It’s their way of life to hate Israel.
