I am going to reply to you cos of the age bracket you mentioned. I will just tell you some principles I follow:

A rule for me, and borrow from it....anything that is not natural...I don't eat. I ask myself...is the MSG used in these products natural? Nope. I don't take it again as long as it will go inside me. Also, will it improve my gut flora? Capital letter NO. I won't take it again. Can I use natural spices and get an even better taste? Yes....definitely yes. So, why should I not stop eating MSG? Oga, try to stop eating MSG and eat other good food for just 3 months....you will thank me later. This is why I say I don't argue with anyone.
