Hmmmm. I once watched him campaign in fluent Yoruba during their second term campaign. I was a bit surprised that the community is in Edo and he had to be interpreting for Obaseki who schooled and worked in Yorubaland.

Edo Central, the ball is in your court now. I will advise them to come together, choose, and support a grassroots candidate from their zone to represent them in the governorship election.
 
Edo South knows that it's Esan's turn to produce the next governor of Edo State.

Is he ugly enough to be Governor of Edo?

The dude says he has consulted and has been assured that he will be on the ballot. For him, being on the ballot is the achievement. cos we all know that INEC and Judiciary are departments in APC now.

APC does not need an election to 'produce' a Governor, they just have to call their boys to declare your seat vacant and another of their boy at the Judiciary to put someone else that pay better money there, and INEC will just issue the letter.

Yes, in the footsteps of Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki. He did not bow to Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole. Edo are notably stubborn. If he succeeds, he shall have rewritten his story. We had Chief Akin Omoboriowo of Old Ondo State who upstaged his principal then Gov, chief Adekunle Ajasin and rigged him out but was removed by court. The total vote cast for Chief Omoboriowo was far bigger than number of voters in then Ondo. grin grin

Shaibu is just looking for public attention niii, he’s going no where joor 🤔🤔🤔🤔. Obaseki and its candidate will defeat Philip Shaibu mercilessly in the Pdp governorship primary election next year in Edo State.

even if He gets free ticket from pdp, He will never be governor, his total disregard for ESAN people will be his greatest mistake.
Even PDP from Edo central will work against the mugu, Benin will not support him, his northern Edo people will not give him 20%. the guy is just wasting his time and little loot he has ammassed all these years.

Was in Benin the other day na so so bad road everywhere undecided there was this one they called sapele road,a major dual carriage way ooo but nothing 2 write home about.even the road that passed through uniben gate na one lane them dey use. Also notice there was no drainage on the roads. So I ask Benin people, what hv ur governors been doing all these years? undecided
