For me he can O but while dating her he cant hang with me. I dont see how Ill be hanging out with my friend and my sister will be tagging along. I wont be free to do whatever the hell I want. Same way I wont date my friends' sisters nor will I date my sister's friends no matter how attractive they are.

It goes far beyond that. It can be really awkward. What if He breaks up withher or they have problems and break up? you feel the guilt of not stopping it, you have to comfort your sister, you may have to break up a good friendship.
Then for me I dont see myself going to parties and clubbing .... with my friends... and my baby sister
