The popular definition of the term "black man" is a dark skinned person from sub saharan Africa.
In that case, a dark skinned person in India or the australian aborigines or an accient Egyptian black does not qualify to be called black man.
There are sub races sharing the black skin as there are sub races like the chinese and europeans sharing a white skin. Therefore sharing a common skin colour does not mean the entire group belongs to the same race.

When the first Europeans stepped their feet in Africa somewhere around Angola 50 years ago, they met a city better than theirs but with their guns, they destroyed and ravaged that city and took all the men to slavery. How many centuries did slavery last? How many cities were destroyed? How much money have they stolen from Africa? How many African have been killed for them to control our government? How many of the coups in Africa were not planned from Washington, London and co? Which African dictator was not backed by Western Powers? From Mobutu to Humphrey Boitney(or so )  of Ivory Coast.
