Go and do more research about Nigerian history before you come online to talk ignorantly. The SMC, which was the 4 Regional military Governors of the time, and the military head of state, were all at Aburi, and they all signed the Aburi accord. But even if it had just been Gowon and Ojukwu at Aburi, once Gowon signed the agreement, the onus was on Gowon to fufil it. To come back and say that permission had to given before signing, has nothing to do with Ojukwu, it was still Gowons error

If it was not binding why did he sign and agree to it and also shook hands with General Ankrah and said as brother officers that he would Abide by the agreement. You probably didn't know that thousands of igbos were massacred up north and eventually unabating in Lagos under the direction of Gowon. You also didn't know ojukwu did everything within his powers to avert the war which was why he released the northern soldiers in the East , but he Gowon ordered the massacre of Igbo soldiers up north and in the even civilians.
