Bintasukai:Shut up and gettat !!! Your this foolish heartless boy What is it with this nonsense you are typing? Which type of Yeye business, why are you people this dumb? In an economic situation where many companies are closing down, many relocating due to bad policies by the government, your government is running from pillar to post looking for what is not lost….. Why are you looking for private investors? Why can’t you cut the cost of governance and invest in industrialization and Agriculture? Are you going to tell me they don’t know they can do that ?, They won’t do it, because they knows it will affect their own pocket and they’d rather steal the country dry in the name of running it rather than face the reality and make some sacrifice. Upon all the travels, how many investors has he been able to attract…. Since the day you were born, how many president came here into Nigeria to have a business summit to attract investors? Your Oga keep chasing shadows and you are here defending this rubbish!!!! Una go just sit down for one Corner dey type rubbish for public forum 3 Likes |

Funny enough, the so-called business meeting has nothing to do with the president or his visit, but trust the usual characters and anti-Nigerian bad bele crowd to fabricate and disseminate their own stories. 1 Like |

11doubledee: ^^^ No. No. You have a point but there's a lot more to it. The APC has held federal executive power at the centre for almost a decade now. The APC has held power in most of the states for the same period and it has also had a majority in federal parliament...also over the same period. Despite holding the reigns of power firmly in its grasp, this party (and the governments it has produced) have been unable to secure financial autonomy for local governments for 10 years. State governors (a majority of whom are APC men) have kept local governments in prison for 10 years under a dubious, criminal "joint account" arrangement . And you blame the people? Ok. Lets take your argument that the people are at fault. Some states eventually realized their mistakes over the last decade and attempted to vote out their governors. The federal government used federal resources to illegally prop up these governors because they were loyal party men and the party was determined to keep power in these states - at all costs. When the people resisted, they paid with their lives. What other legal options are option to voters? Bola Tinubu was APC 'national leader' for 8 years while this country groaned under Buhari's misrule. BAT is now in the driving seat. These two old men and their party governors at the state level have no excuse. If in 10 years the APC cannot superintend the enforcement of a constitutional provision i.e. financial autonomy for local government councils - then the APC and its barons have absolutely no business being in power. Call a spade a spade. If elections are free and fair across this country (with no violence and intimidation by state sponsored elements), there WILL be electoral consequences for this deliberate emasculation of local government councils. The APC bigwigs know this. That is the reason why this evil party will always demonstrate the "grab it, snatch it and run with it" philosophy of politics. It knows its survival depends on this madness. 1 Like |

Lumarstone:Maybe you are right. What has the ZOO got to offer Qatar? A country who can't offer her citizens security, light, motorable roads, and commonest basic amenities can't offer anything to an outsider. Charity they say begins at home and the ZOO must understand that. 1 Like |

Incredible, what a shame. Seems like what Tilumbu only succeeds in is personal aggrandizement, collecting taxes and making people suffer for personal gains. You can't see him doing anything for anybody apart for personal political gains. He's pocketing the whole country already. It's called Bourdillon-nomics. |

Devvagreen: ^^^ There has to be a basis for saying this. Is Qatar mismanaging its opportunities? Is it wasteful? Is it fighting wars it cannot afford? Is it neglecting its young people? Is it failing to invest in its people, health and infrastructure? If there isn't a clear basis, then its just wishful thinking. |
