When you increase a budget allocation, they call it padding, why?. when a budget is sent to the national assembly, it is a bill and the NASS has the power to review and debate any bill before passing it into law. Truly it must be an headache because it's very hard to counter the truth. Obi has been a businessman before graduating from university. He never for once looked for a job but he has for long giving out jobs to people and giving them fish. It is left for you to disprove it, if you think it was a lie, then, you can show where Obi had ever worked as an employee of any company or government parastatal.
Did he keep the money in a bank and later steal it or he kept it in a bank for the benefit of Anambra people? Or did he also built the brewery for his family or the state? If you think otherwise, then, you should have asked yourself why EFCC or ICPC had not caught up with him or Anambra government had not requested for his prosecution but his successor have been having his days with EFCC.
