When comparing which is not even necessary, put into consideration the cost and difficulty of getting water up north from a single drilling.

Peter Obi is using money from his pocket. Not allocations or stolen money. Desmond Elliot got allocations to do those works.

Obi tried alot, spending his personal money to bring succor to the people but the project manager should at least pay attention into the design of the projects.

Corps member supervised and executed his project himself.
Peter Obi gave money to a contractor who's obviously an indigene of the community and he/she did that.

Obi's project is for northerners despite their councilors and LG chairman.
Okeke project is for Ogun state, I know they don't have clean water in most Ogun villages, such as kajo-ola community.

Both projects are executed by Igbo men, true lovers of nigeria......

Now show us the one northern and western politicians have done for people.

Isn't it very likely that PO wasn't aware of the design of the system?
He probably allocated funds for someone or persons to execute the project and this is what they came up with.
I'm still sure that the project was well appreciated by the residents. I hope they can continue to use and maintain it.

And Peter Obi's Borehole has a better structure and is safer than the other even though it can be way better.
