The moment a woman publicly rejects her partner’s marriage proposal and takes off and throws away the engagement ring is captured in a video that has generated conflicting opinions online.

When the guy attempted removing the cap on her head she got upset and knocked off his hand.

She began rejecting his touch and soon stormed away fuming, while pulling off the ring angrily.

so she accepted the ring, let him put it on her finger and then got mad (for some reason)?

so the problem isnt the proposal... its either the size of the ring or something else.
