Has he told his officers manning legal and illegal check points? Will he be there when policemen are beating up innocent people trying to claim their rights with too much english! The police boss should get his men under control and the police force decentralised! |

Wetin concern police with certificate of road worthiness, insurance certificates and vehicle license?  Is police road safety or VIOs??As far as I am concerned, the police should check proof of ownership only. Afterall, what is the intention of police checking vehicle particulars? |
