I'm going to state categorically that Im not on Wenger's or Piers Morgan's side on any issue, I have my own opinion on this matter.
First of, spending 50 million to buy Pogba or Cavani doesn't guaranty you the league title, it boosts your chances that's all. Manchester City with their sub billion dollar purchases have only two league titles to show it. The spending helps but doesn't guaranty anything.
