I think generally speaking men are more able to handle it more than women; of course there are certain men who can't handle it. There are, however, women who can handle it perfectly.

But your example about how there are men who are killing their wives for glancing at another man is not a proper analogy; those men can probably handle more than one woman, but they just do not want their women looking at another man. Those men are crazy, anyway.
