Yes, GEJ may mean business but we can't trust any government of Nigeria and their plans. These same Okonjo Iweala was part of the OBJ led FG with and outstanding Economist in the CBN; Soludo, they are as good as the present economic team you mention. Then OBJ urged Nigerians to to sacrifice and use Nigerian made goods to improve our local industry and there many business men/women loss money and goods to customs while some of them died and till today those that are alive can't not bost of good living. Let take it that those businessmen/women are the sacrificial lambs to upgrade our local industries.

Now lets tell ourselves the truth. Has the state of our local industries when OBJ started his reform improved? The answer is NO! WE should now ask, what about those sacrificed lambs who lost their business lines, money, goods, lives, their dependents and much more? The South East suffered the most. Is their sacrifice worth it? These is the question GEJ led FG and Nigerians should ask. Now they are talking of sacrifice again! on fuel subsidy removal. This time its not going to affect only one region but every 160 million Nigerian will feel it and we shall sacrifice ourselves with nothing to show for it.

If they want to remove this subsidy, let GEJ led government repair the existing refineries and complete the proposed new ones then can go go ahead and remove it. Nigerians don't trust the government, enough of sacrifice from poor Nigerians to the subsidy cabals whom they have refused to make their names public. They know that they won't complete the refineries before 2015, so they want to suffer Nigerians by using subsidy money to build roads so that we can clap for them. We know that subsidy removal will increase corruption because many favored contractors will leave many projects abandoned and uncompleted because GEJ is not tackling corruption! OBJ is still living and smiling to the bank with billions of dollars spent on projects that they met their primary aims.
We should kick against removing subsidy now.

Thank you.
