If a national lawmaker and a minister in Nigeria is entitled to 1000 litres of petrol a day respectively and a state lawmaker and commissioner respectively is entitled to 500 litres of petrol a day minus those of special advisers, PAs etc. Then calculate all these for 365 days. The useless pig called Okonjo Iweala has not seen this as a potential threat to our economy. The only expenditure she can capture as a threat to our economy is the subsidy.

(Interesting article from a concerned Nigerian)

PLS NIGERIANS, ASK LABOUR AND THE SO
CALLED LOVERS OF POOR MASSES OF THIS
NATION THIS QUESTION, Labour and others.
Are you really honest? We were buying kerosene at the
rate of 165naira a litre or 110naira a bottle in this
nation, you all kept quite, you never protested like this, because non of you were using kerosene to cook, you were
all using gas. Who are the people using kerosene in this
Nation? The poor masses of course. So why not fight
for the poor masses then? when we were buying kerosene
at that rate, if you truly love the poor masses of this
Nation? But now government has touched the area it affected you, you are all protesting, shouting and
making noise. NLC, LAWYERS, MUSICIANS,
REP MEMBERS, THE RICH MEN AND WHO
EVER MAY BE INVOLVE. Do you all truly love the
poor masses of this nation, as you claim? The president
is not a mad man, you can't tell me that he doesn't know what is right for this nation. A man on top of a
mountain sees more than a man in the valley. If it is
not to the interest of this nation to remove fuel subsidy,
why must the president remove it ? Now tell me GEJ
benefits for allowing Nigerians that voted him in to go
through pains and hardship? No benefits you will agree with me. So, if it is not to our own interest as a
nation,he will not remove it. Mark my words Nigerians.
The truth will come out about this Nation. Don't fight
like a foolish man, that is burning his own house and
never knew that he was burning the house his own
father built. Whether they like it or not. We must collect fuel subsidy money from their hands. The
President have seen the linkage in our purse as a
Nation and he has blocked it and he has blocked it,
there is nothing they can do about it. This is the first
time the rich really cried in Nigeria, Why? because the
money of this Nation has been taken away out of their hands. Don't mind them, they are not crying for the
masses. They are crying because the game is over. God
bless Nigeria,

I dont like insulting people on this forum because all individuals are free to express their opinions but come to look at it, are u not watching TV or listening to radio, cos if you do, u should have heard alot of explanation done as regards the fact there is too much corruption in the system and GEJ should first find solution to that before thinking of fuel subsidy removal. U were making useless point on subsidy removed on kerosine without complain from the rich but need i tell you that the same price increase applies to diesel used basically by the rich and industries for powering their gen plants but no complain. The complain petrol is because the ripple effects of petrol price increase is far too much than both kerosine and diesel combined and GEJ shouldn't have played with it. GEJ should ensure our 3 refineries work to optimum efficiency and build new ones as this will bring no course for importation of petrol at all talkless of fuel subsidy.

Please let us reason before we say anything. Not everybody is dumb like you

Let nigeria split into 2 or more coutries. Is high time we call a spade a spade. We all know our major problems; nigeria is too big for one man to control because our language, culture, religion and other differences. We are no longer pratrotic and passionate living together. What is the essence of living together when they is no love, no peace, no development, no human right, no employment and no tolerance?

Nigerian this is the time to pray & fast together and lives everything in the hands of God almighty. The revelation I receive is that God has intervene already as you can see the capitalist and socialist power & economy are already entering pit of no return. Once this entire imperialist die forever & ever then we shall be able to control our economy by ourselves. Our government is scare of this people seated upon this country they remote our economy from outside world. Belief me God has intervene and the wicked capitalist & socialist power & economy shall die forever. Let pray let cry let fast so that God shall put is work to finish. Don’t oppose the government but rely on God for total interventions & do not stop God intervene by putting laws into your hand. Romance {13:1} Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are
ordained of God. {13:2} Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. {13:3} For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same.

Nigeria government said they cannot longer pay subsidy and they intend to pass the payment to the general public by increase the fuel to 140N. America they copied pay the following subsidy Fuel, medical, Agriculture, transport, Electricity and fresh graduate. The only subsidy Nigeria govenmt pay is what they intend to remove and want the general public to pay from there pocket what a wicked & Ant-Christ Governement, There salaries & alawances carry heavy duty subsidy 25M per month but they cannot subsidize 76N per Nigerian
