At least we now know who the C-in-C is in Nigeria. Mouth running is easy,but one directive by the one truely in charge and those running their mouth start crying wolf!

CinCs come and go. . . one day its the Ijaw man, next day its someoone else! Memories endure!! One thing you can be sure of, as long Nigeria survives CiC will never touch Ijaw creek in another 50yrs.
