Going by the judgement of the Supreme Court, and looking in retrospect to the judgement of the Supreme Court in A. Uba vs Peter Obi and INEC, does this mean that Sylva haven won the PDP primaries in January 2011, and haven been formally nominated by His party ot INEC for the April 2011 Governorship elections does it mean that He Sylva stands to run for the upcoming governorship election for Bayelsa in 2012?

Clearly the Supreme Court in the case of Andy Uba disagreed with Uba's position that His election haven taken place before the court pronouncement does not affect His position as the winner of the re-conducted governorship election, hence event have overtaken the Supreme Court decision and He should be allowed as the "Governor in waiting". The interpretation of the Supreme Court judgement then was all the event that took after the Peter Obi saga was null and void.
Borrowing a leave from the conclusion reached by the Supreme Court in that case ( which as of today is the most recent and is deemed as the Law on such matters), does it then mean that all the primaries conducted by the PDP in any of these affected States  after the 2011 April Governorship Election are null and void and those who initially got nominated by the party in January 2011 are the valid candidates to contest for governorship seat?

Further, would it also mean that Wada is not the "legitimate" candidate of the PDP in Kogi State?
