I think I'll go with Calabar. You need to experience it to believe it. I love Calabar for their "culture" of cleanliness. |

Owerri is really clean and beatiful. But calabar takes the cake. But it's become kinda unclean since Imoke took over from donald duke. |

Have you been to Calabar? Owerri is nice but calabar is surpass owerri in cleanness. Enugu is also good but not in the same league as Calabar or owerri. |
