Obasanjo's of course. Government assets were aggressively "privatised" and handed over to obj and his crew. Ibb's a close second

Corruption was done in hiding in Nigeria before Babangida's government which overthrew the most anti-corruption government in Nigerian history. Babangida legalised corruption and made the non-corrupt the object of scorn in Nigeria.

Governments in this country hardly affect the citizenry on a first hand basis; but Babangida's government destroyed my life directly, in addition to that of millions, so poignant when you imagine the government it overthrew.

A single man can change society, and Babangida did change this society, for the worse.
