Pls I need help,I finally fixed push notification on my phone n tried helping a friend with hers...followed the same steps I used in fixing my but got stock sumhow,so I decided to uninstall SAM n reinstall it only for the phone to reboot n show "no sim card installed, insert a valid sim with no pin lock to activate iPhone" then when i fixed an mtn sim im able to receive calls n messeges bt cant get to my home screen.it is stuck at emergency calls only with th iphone usb cable....pls Wht do I do next shld I connect to iTunes to activate,or would that require another jailbreaking  ? |

If U have a valid sim, use it to activate if not, re-jailbreak but unmark install cydia when re-jail breaking and you can then try the SAM thing again. |

Unless your phone is factory unlocked, there is no way you can activate using your MTN sim. Now that you know whats up, slap yourself three times for being dumb!!!!  1 Like |

moonraker:lol....was thinking since am able to receive calls n messages it's factory unlocked .(my bad though). So Wht u saying in the north shell z that I'll either fix the sim it came with or do another jailbreak bah ?? |

Pls is there anything i can do to get it bk or may be i can lock so that it wil b useless to d person wu saw it and didnt want to return it. Pls i nid ur replies urgently. Thanks! |

Some one help me out please, I am trying to create an account with iTunes or what do you guys call it. But I am running into some difficulties, there's a place that asks for credit card, I don't have one. And considering naija factors, I can't get one. So my phone is empty, nothing but just to use to make and recieve calls. I'd appreciate if some one could help me out. Thanks. |

@tumababa and all. I used iphone for a few years and then lost touch. I would love to buy an iPhone 4 but i'm really scared of all d gevey issue and d likes. Please advise on things to look out for like iOS,baseband etc when buying a used iPhone 4. Thank you so much for the good job u r all doing here... |

Since you don't want to have an issue with Gevey then just get yourself a factory unlocked iPhone 4. Then you are good to go. |

Brand new factory unlocked 4s 16Gb is 115k, 32Gb is 135k while the 64Gb is 150k. |
