Thanks and God Bless you for keeping eye out on the Governor's community projects. The Governor is doing the correct thing and involved with his communities and the people in those communities. Stop responding to distractors that know what a Governor's job is but at loss to define what a President's responsibilities and obligations are.

I have a neighbor who does not pay his NEPA bills but runs his generator, people should not lie to discredit someone, the pipes run with water and water supply is quite regular, a lot of peeps do not spend extra to pump water since they use the generator for other things anyways, the guy is probably running away from paying for water.

You're very wrong with the bolded statement. Go to Lekki water works and check list of debtors. These are people who can even finance the construction of another water plant in Lekki, yet they owe.
