Israel has shown that tit for tat and tactical assassinations of terrorist leaders keeps them at bay. Dialogue on the other hand strengthens them. The US is looking for ways to end the conflict in Afghanistan, tit for tat has failed woefully so now they are opting for dialogue.

It seems what works for one terrorist group might not work with another. What do you think?

Boko Haram has no solution.
All Southerners should move back to their respective states of origin.
Let them continue to bomb themselves.
The North does not seem to be bothered by it.
