On the 28th of October I withdrew 10,000naira from Westley (heritage bank)ATM machine, I wasn't payed but I was being debited. A minute later i withdre‎w another 10,000naira and I was being paid. I went 2 UBA bank(ikota shopping complex ajah) on the 8th of November to complain and I was given a form to fill and the customer care representative said that I will be paid on or before 10(ten) working day.
After 10 working days, I went back on the 24th of November and only for her to tell me that heritage bank said I collected the money I was asking for, I was so angry and had to leave.
Now what am I suppose to do concerning these situation?

baba u dont try to withdraw twice from an atm that fails to dispense cash and yet have you debited. the bank might try to pull a fast one on you since the amount (10k) you were debited in error is the same as the amount (10k) you withdrew. u could have used another atm machine. Hope someone comes with a bright idea on how you can get your money back.
