Certainly no shame losing in a friendly. We're taking our time to prepare for the big stage whilst England are serious with friendlies.

I was furious when the ref disallowed that goal. But to say they would have gone on to win the match would be wrong. The best it could have done them was a morale boost to help them fight the Germans better. Germany was far superior on the night, but that goal would have given them an even ground maybe. But don't say England would have gone on to win it. That would be an exaggeration.
