To stimulate national discourse on the theme with a view of aggregating informed perspectives in order to engender peaceful coexistence amongst people of different religious persuasions in Nigeria.
To locate the true reasons for religiously coloured strives in Nigeria with a view to proffering strategies for combating such to government and other policy makers

i couldn't but help notice this on a website, firstly I commend the Osun State Government for making such symposium,however i'd to ask if such Discussions like this can bring about a change to how Islam is being viewed in Nigeria, am no way a Muslim, but i do not regard Islam as a terrorist religion,but only a religion that the terrorists happen to practise, what are your views on this ? thanks cheesy
