2. Eat with a small plate, you'll think you're eating much, meanwhile you're eating less.

4. Bind and cast every attempt to fatten you by in-laws or your mother.i.e when you give birth, hit the gym, not the kitchen.

5. Remember, Heidi Klum, Halle Berry, Gwen Stefani etc aren't witches, they lost weight with work, not by sitting around.
