With all the brouhaha haha haha about Good John going to Brazil, some have argued he can delegate responsibilities to VP, IGP, Head of SSS, Chief of Army staff, etc. Some say the governors have a role to play and GEJ's presence/absence doesn't matter at all in this case. Others argue that he is wrong for even stepping out of his room to have a shower.

So what is the purpose of GoodLucky as President if he feels he can delegate his responsibilty to somebody else? Opinions please
