Helloz mama in d aus my LO is 4mnth old nd she has bin on ebf but I noticed her tummy gets so flat even after feedin her for hours nd she still sucks on her toes nd fingers tho she sleeps well @ night she only wake up once or twice to be breast fed, after feedin she goes back to sleep. I jst want to find out d best baby food I can introduce 2 her sm1 told me about pap wit Soyabeans,crayfish,bongafish nd milk dnt knw if anyone has hrd abou it b4. Plus my baby has bin sneezin for sometime nw. Pls hlp a ftm

Heinz, Cerelac, Gerber, are all good cereals.

Start with single grain cereals first...e.g rice cereal. Then gradually upgrade to multigrain.

i quess the sneezing is as a result of cold or dusty area. as for the food, i give my kids tombrown and its perfecto! hope this helps.

Hello mummies in the house, i m an expectant mum on her second round, for my first kids(twins) i used pears products and enjoyed them. The problem now is that there seem to be no pears baby powder and soap anywhere in the shops and markets in Lagos, please i need help on which product i can use as an alternative to pears powder and soap.

Secondly, I m having difficulty potty training my 18month old. I guess I started late. BT wen I started initially, he ll just sit for a few seconds, get up and carry d potty. Nw, its difficult cos in d mornings I don't HV DAT tym as I prepare him for school and myself for work. Any input, abi mk I just wait it out?

I put d paste on cottonwool and clean his teeth and gum as much as I can then give water.
Having d same issue wit my 18month old too, guess it's more difficult wit boys dan girls. His elder brother was trained by grandma, let's kip trying. Am presently on mat leave, I try to take him to d toilet as much as I can to wee but he's stil nt sitting on d potty too, he will sit for a few and stand up den b4 u knw it,he wil soil himself. Pls let's kip trying.

I started with baby finger brush with a pea size of his paste. every child will definitely swallow thats why a pea size of the paste is recommended.But now i got a very soft baby toothbrush that i use.

Good day mothers. Pls my 7months old baby poos a mucus like dark colour poo. He is doing fine with no temperature,bt i fear it is teething because he has no teeth n poos more often in small qty. Pls hlp ftm.

He could be teething,pls keep giving water and breast milk(if u're still breasfeeding).if the stooling continues give him baby zinc tab once daily. He would be fine..also be careful with things he puts in his mouth.

This one I'm hearing teething here and there, could my 3month old son be teething? Is it possible at his age? He started pooing a lot 2 days ago sometimes greenish kind off and one time i saw mucus like stuff. He's not running temperature.

Yessss!!! this baby pooing alot when teething is so real o,any baby that doesnt poo alot when teething is a super star ,lol. My baby will soon be 7months and pooing like no man's concern. He poo like 6times a day. Chai,after changing diaper and the next thing i hear is another sound of poo. Am going for the zinc tablet Mzora talked about.
Pls Mzora how many days or weeks did your baby poo alot before you noticed the teeth coming out? thanks.

Another thing please, i had episiotomy when i put to bed but it seems as if it'll tear again during sexual activity. I am always well lubricated but i can't do my favorite style . It seems the perineum will tear again. Anybody experienced that? Did it go overtime. Thanks.

Ensure ur baby empty one breast b4 d oda and watch ur hygiene too. The pain wil sure go away wit tym,hang in there.

My baby doesn't poo when teething o, no fever. She has two teeths already and the upper two are sprouting already.
My mum told me the secret behind it and I've adhered to.BREASTFEEDING. Breastfed more and more.
Then I make sure I sterilize all sterilize able and I'm very conscious of what goes into her mouth.
May God help us all.

I have always stood my ground when it comes to what I give and don't give my baby. Doctors in the hospital are against it they believe things will happen naturally.
