- health status of mother
- position and status of the twins.

Exercise s wot ll tone ur tummy nt necessarily dieting. Do if u re up to 3months post delivery , u can incorporate exercises to ur routine. U can start wt brisk walks, skipping, then maybe later jogging, situps etc

Depends on ur prepregnancy stomach state o. No b if u get big tummy since u begin find magic,lol. I said 3months cos I blv by then d mama ll b fit. She can commence brisk walks earlier tho.

Ma its sold in d pharmacy. its an antibiotic and contains ketoconazole. his ped didn't want to administer oral drug hence gave d shampoo.
