Good day guys,a friend mine got an infinix hot 5 phone a month ago but his camera has been malfunctioning in the past few days,whenever he switch on the camera the screen goes blank and sometimes the phone will incidentally switched off,he has tried the two ways of resetting the factory settings up to no avail please what can he do,has anyone encountered a problem of this nature before please help a brother.

Hi guys. I have this Gionee m5 mini that has refused to see mobile networks.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

What I've tried -
1. I removed the battery and sim cards for some minutes and reinserted.

2. I tried to set the network operator to automatic, but I get this error 'cannot connect to this network right now, please try again later'

3. I updated the device to Android 6.0(Marshmallow) - didnt fix the problem

4. I've also considered restoring to factory settings, but I only want to do that as a last resort.

hard reset doesn't fix that kind problem
