The general notion that indiscipline which has been a bane to Nigeria's growth and development is quite disturbing,going memory lane when Nigeria got independence,there have been a lot of accusations and counter-accusations as to who is truly responsible for the high rate of indiscipline in Nigeria.Could be it be the citizens,or the leaders?
