Am sure you're from Obi's side. People of hate and envy.
You see everything from the prism of myopic subjective view point. Be objective-look at the bigger picture; the project is not super expedient to the majority of the populace.
It can wait or even be shoved up entirely while the budget earmarked for it should be channeled to areas that promote human capital development.

I use Itel P40+ too. Great phone with powerful build. Plus 6000 - 7000 battery life. I can't remember the phone going dead on me.
I have nothing to complain about the new generation Itel phones. They are competing very well with other Android brands.
exactly, the battery has never gone dead on me too. Powerful.

Some nairaland boys wish they were in the young teenager's place. I've read comments like that from them.

I'm sure the boy don't even want her arrested. Men will never report rape they enjoy the sex hence the reason I don't believe in men's rape kos it has no negative effect on them.
Baba this is not about age of consent and not rape.

Pls stop quoting my post to call it Bader dash...

It's very annoying.

We talking science in this instance and not religion. So save your talk for the religious section.

This is about what can and cannot be proved.

1+1 =2 that can be proven... Don't come and be telling me about a "holistic exposition" behind something that you cannot even explain/prove.

When it's time for religion you can talk about that... As they say when you see a swordsman draw your sword don't recite poetry and vice versa.

Thank you!
Really? So if 1+1=2, does the bing bang theory or the evolution of man from Ape make any sense to you?
Are there experiments that give credence to show the possibility of having an orderly arrangement of planets, stars, moons, galaxies and many more in space as a result of explosions?
Science/Technology / Re: What Would Happen If There Were No Moon? (Photos) by Akalia(m): 5:00pm On May 03
brain54:
It's the pull of the moon's gravity...

That holds earth in place.

Without the moon earth cannot/will not exist.

Or at least not the way we know it!
Balderdash. Only the creator-Jehovah can offer a holistic exposition on the science behind everything happening in space. You scientists got a lot wrong.

What's your argument Dr? With all respect why are you putting up a defence on behalf of multichoice? What underlying meaning was your post trying to convey? Please make me understand?

This is not fear at all. DSTV as a community has the right to increase their subscriptions as required. They're not forcing anyone to subscribe or do business with them. When did they not interfere with Dangote's price of cement?
Listen, multichoice is not absolutely autonomous such that their business activities can't be regulated in a foreign country. Even in their indigenous clime, they are under regulatory oversight.

This is simply ridiculous. There are a dozen and one items that have been on the increase and that includes fuel, but by all means, let's ignore all that and focus on multichoice.
So because you can afford the tariff increase you don't care about others like my humble self who can't? That's very callous of you doctor Ada

How do they measure the distance between solar system?

Yes because light travels at 3.0 x 10^9, now how can they measure the distance between solar systems they claim they are light years apart?

I like this part, so how can the same sun gravity hold those planets in their orbit?

Don't you think the sun gravity will be too weak to act on them?
Bro I am a space enthusiast and an aspiring independent space researcher but I believe in God unlike most scientists that do not believe in God.
See, I will say that what keeps all these planets floating in an order without misaligning or colliding with one other is an enigma emanating from Providence .
Some of the scientific findings upheld today logically is bullshit-take for instance the big bang theory and the evolution of man.

Only God- the creator knows all there is to know about the universe because he is the creator.
What men know as of today is very minute and to a large extent not exactly very accurate.

Who measure the distance?

Again, with around 400 Billion Stars our galaxy should be all light through.

Space scientists and researchers make these findings using high tech telescopes on earth and other space base tech stationed in space.
The space is unbelievably vast and that's why it is not lit up with light from those stars.

Take for instance it takes 8 minutes for light to reach the earth from the sun even though the earth is the third planet closest to the sun.

Then imagine how long it would take light from the sun to reach other planets. Some planets don't even get to experience much of the intensity of the sun rays as felt on earth.

Planets like Saturn, Uranus, Jupiter are gas giants and they are not anywhere close to the hotness on the earth due to the huge distance between them and the sun.

Waooo with around 400 Billions stars, there shouldn't be anything like night in our galaxy.
You missed it.
Those other stars have their own solar systems in which a number of planets revolve around them in an order very similar to the 8 planets revolving around the sun in our solar system.
Mind you the astronomical distance between these stars are mind blowing huge. Measured in light year. 1 light year is around. 5.88 trillion miles of distance.

Sun is a dwarf star. The smallest star
I don't think the sun is the smallest star but I sure do know that there are super giant stars which scientists have discovered example is the Stephenson 5:18. It is believed by space researchers that Stephenson 5:18 can fit upto 1 million of our sun.

But how many Sun are in the same galaxy?
Our galaxy is called milky way and it contains around 100-400 billion stars of which our own sun is among. The closest star to our sun is called proxima centauri.
Out galaxy-milky way Galaxy contains uncountable number of planets as well

Even with the “buy and go” you will still come back for these upgrades . By then, they will tell you the cost of flying an engineer down to Nigeria.
The repair code is enterprise base. It’s not something you can shop around.
Enjoying your show of knowledge of the MRI equipment.
