lucianohase: Oga, there are pros and cons in everything. The stability of security, economy and politics in Cameroon makes the country and her citizens better off than Nigerians at the present. Democracy is ideally good but who would say Nigerian style of Democracy is the best? Stability is more important than anything else for citizens of a country and Cameroon is more stable than Nigeria presently. |

Let's get something clear in Cameroonian politics: There is gain in President Paul Biya continuing to lead Cameroon. 1). There has been relatively STABILITY in Cameroon. All the activities of Boko Haram and bandits in Nigeria does not disturb Cameroon. 2). The Fulani herdsmen killing Nigerians do not try it in Cameroon. Herdsmen respect themselves once they cross the bother into Cameroon and, not just that they don't destroy crops. Herdsmen in Cameroon knows the reserved forests and bushes in Cameroon where they dare not enter to graze... Isn't this surprising? Same people destroying farmers crops in farms in Nigeria, do not enter reserved bushes in Cameroon... 3). Economy is strong like that of western countries. Yesterday 200 Cameroonian CFA exchanged for #2470 naira in Adamawa state. I stop here 1 Like |

UK prison may be too good for the man. He deserves African prison experience. Sometimes, excessive freedom isn't good for humans. Human beings needs to be strictly regulated. You came to another man's county and you eat what you like and go where you want and do your prayers the way you want but you are not satisfied with the unlimited freedoms you enjoy. Rather you want to impose your faith and ideologies on the host indigenous people who allowed you freedom in their country. It's good the way Saudi Arabia is strictly protecting their country and their faith. UK may need to learn from Saudi. Russians are doing well by not allowing too much freedoms.... 2 Likes 1 Share |

osazsky: Time heals all "wounds". Don't believe it, that everyone avoided him. It cannot be entirely true because in that church he will have friends and family members and well wishers who cannot conspire altogether against him for one mistake that happens often ( his alleged sin is a common one for young person). So, there must be people sympathizing with him... While there will be others mocking him. Still, he needed to stand his ground in his faith and see God work wonders for him... |

Righteousness2: 1 peter 4:14-19 If any Christian suffer in any circumstance ( be it for persecution, or for his sins) let hime endure it If the suffering is that of shame resulting from his mistakes/sins, his ability to endure the shame and heal on the process makes him a strong christian. Many people do not like to face the shame resulting from their mistakes. But it's actually the will of God that the sinner endure shame and thereby prove the genuineness of his repentance and get restored. If he does that, even God will promote him into a greater servant and he will use his experience to admonish others. Note: The Bible says the christians must judge the members and not spare a sinner but ensure purity within the fold of children of God. Righteous has responded well. 1 Like |

slim75d: No, Boss. If the teaming Nigerian workers are well remunerated, the private sector operators like yourself (as you claim) will not be left out. The economy in a country is about circulation of funds. So if you're in buying and selling or service-rendering sector of the economy; you will see money flowing to you as workers earn their wages and go around spending their monies on goods and services... Remember, when workers earn good wages, the end of each month is a pleasant time for the business people as well as the workers. At least their were such times in the past in Nigeria |

Politics / Re: Japa: Proprietor Collects WAEC, NECO Fees, Sells School, Flies Abroad by eodavids(m): 8:19am On May 21 |
The new owner of the school (who bought it from the former owner) has inherited both the benefits in the school and the liabilities as well. Except there was a specific mention in the sales agreement excluding registrations of Waec and Neco, the current liabilities shall be borne by the new proprietor. Parents and students of that school shall not be left stranded while the school is still functioning and the new owner is cashing in on the generality of the students This matter should be addressed by a competent court of law. It is likely that this matter will propel a legislation regulating the ownership of private schools and procedures for acquisition of same by another person. The ineffectiveness PTAs at various private schools is bad. With a functional PTA in any private school, a new acquisition cannot be completed without due process that keep the parents informed. Education / Re: 2 Katsina Universities Dragged To Court For Banning Christian Fellowships by eodavids(m): 4:06pm On Mar 19 |
God have mercy. It should not be happening in Katsina state where Muslim extremists are growing stronger and causing havoc for the state. Extreme Islam kills Islam itself, so the people should adopt moderate Islam that allows liberal lifestyle. Muslims from that areas of Katsina state would travel to christian dominated part of Nigeria and enjoy the freedom to practice their religion. Returning back to Katsina, they would not reciprocate that gesture to non-muslims in their community. Muslims would travel to Europe and the Americas and freely practice their faith there. Coming home to their Katsina they won't reciprocate that gesture... How do such Muslims view the Nigerian 1999 Constitution (as amended) ? The Fundamental Rights which the constitution provided for us all; educated Katsina people running the two universities, are they above the law? Why do people enjoy being wicked in the name of religion? Is this how Nigeria can get better? |

"NLcreator" or whatever the real nomenclature is, you need not raise the propaganda to this level. Southeast Governors are united in their resolution concerning the then ranch/ruga/water-bill agenda of the erstwhile administration... To accuse the present Governor of the state in question is unfair. People should not be misguided to protest over what is non-existent. |

Op, you are entitled to your skewed opinion. Wealthy people in numbers are known to teach their children on how to differ gratification. Many wealthy people teaches their children on how to save money and not spend it... Op, do you know that the rich tend to be more frugal than the poor? Op you have to read the life of wealthy people... e.g. John Rockefeller, etc 1 Like |
