Fhemmmy:

Hello Sir,

Thanks for your inquiries and your time on our thread.
500K Naira is a lot of money, but will be tough to fund any ride with it and these are the reasons:
1. Exchange rate = 500,000 Naira / 157 Naira = 3180 $$
2a. Clearing of the ride in Nigeria = 220K Naira and above, we now have 280K Naira left
2b. Clearing at Cotonue and driven to Nigeria = 180K Naira, now we have 320K Naira left (Please note that we dont get involved in clearing from Cotonue anymore, cos it is not a reliable process, so anyone that wanna buy a machine to be cleared there would do the clearing themselves.

3a. 280K Naira / 156.5 Naira = 1780 $$
3b. 320K Naira / 156.5 Naira = 1910$$

4a. Shipping of any ride to Nigeria= 1200 $$, so we now have 580$$ Left
4b. Shipping of any ride to Cotonue = 1000$$, so we have 910$$ left

5a. Cost of money transfer from Nigeria to abroad and charges of banks on both ends = 200$$ , we have 380$$ Left
5b. Cost of money transfer from Nigeria to abroad and charges of banks on both ends = 200$$ , we have 710$$ Left

6a. Courier of BOL to Nigeria = 100$$ . . . .We have 280$$ Left
6b. Courier of BOL to Nigeria = 100$$ . . . .We have 610$$ Left

7a. CTN Fee to Nigeria = 135$$ . . . .We have 145$$ Left
7a. CTN Fee to Nigeria = 0$$(Has been added to the shipping cost). . . .We have 610$$ Left

8a. Transportation of the Car from the lot to the port for shipping = 300$$ . . . . . We have -155$$ Left . . . .(We are yet to buy a car)
8a. Transportation of the Car from the lot to the port for shipping = 300$$ . . . . . We have 310$$ Left . . . .(We are yet to buy a car)

I am sure based on this analysis, you would agree with me that it will be impossible with 500K Naira to buy almost anything, cos a nice ride will at least be 1000$$, dont get me wrong, you might something that will need few cosmetics repair for less than 1000$$, but even at that, we will still expense over 500K.

For something, we will at least need about 700K Naira.

get back to us and let us put our expertise on the line to get you the best for less, if we cant send from America, we will send from Canada, we get the best of both world, and we will do it in person.

I love this. Keep it up Fhemmy! we wi

Politics / Re: Corps Members Disappointed Us – Inec by ireneann: 5:48pm On Jan 18, 2011
I think the buck stops with INEC! It took our former president 2hours before he could be registered! Would you attribute that to Corper's fault.

The fingerprint scanning machine is the problem here. I remember when people were being registered for the National ID card scheme, once you have a wound or scar on your finger, it becomes a herculean task to scan such finger.

And tell me which Nigerian has a flawless finger that is not marred by hardship we have endured in this bloody entity called a nation?

I want to use this forum to tell the corpers that are involved in this exercise nationwide to protest this slap in the face by the INEC chairman. Because what this amounts to is that their certificates are not worth the paper its typed on.

@ justwise Please what documents will she be required to submit for business visitor application?

And do you have any idea of how much the visa application is.

Hello house, my sister inlaw wants to travel to UK to shop for her boutique. Formerly she had someone who was helping her to buy and send to Nigeria.

But she wants to start going by herself.

What category of visa should she apply for? General Visitor or Business Visitor?

Tim i want to say this in pidgin. Your case resemble that of a man that was caught stealing a goat and he said he was only playing with the goat.

Since morning peeps have been pleading with you to cool down but for where. Now that we are breeze has blown and we are gradually seeing your yansh you are tilting towards dialogue which we have been begging you since morning.

Remember that in life what goes around comes around.

@ Onwan- Whilst I agree tim hasn't made any headway due to his apparent incoherence(anger induced i hope), I don't agree with the path you're toeing presently. You've basically placed a 'contract' on him; this is a public forum, someone might just take u up on the offer seriously and inflict harm somehow. True, he is crying wolf but then it's his money, no matter how meagre it may come across to you. And german has managed the situation admirably thus far, i'd advise we all smoke the peace pipe and let tensions simmer. Tis evident the lad's a lad, so kindly handle with care!

Haven't you heard that smokers are liable to die young ?

When it's time to smoke the peace pipe pls don't call me grin

Meanwhile @onwan please how much is the pricetag for tims scalp. Make I see whether I will turn a bounty hunter grin

What I suspected is unfolding gradually. It seems as if the buyer does not have money to balance up hence all this his shakara here. Remember the saying "attack is the best form of defence"

German007 pele cos it seems you are stuck with a car the owner is not willing to pay for. You have to shop for another buyer.

bro let me go and eat first, my eyes need to calm down from all dis pain,, Yes waiting a few weeks wount hurt them. But at same tyme, am returning to school the next week the car arrives.how about dat, See it not like i love d way am just disturbing the thread, if it was in person, I know we will be together from morning to nite, because it annoyance in my heart it my money dat matters to me, not HOPE. I have been down lately dis week.I really need to go and wash my head, Same week my girl friend dump me, dis december i need to pay new school fee.same week my car was hoping to console my self was all a DREAM, if i get back i can see my brother said i better decide dat he has choosen to i want till the car comes and sale the car and pay me back my money, or will call him soon Tanx, let me take my shower it's 8pm here now.

As you can see, the problem is not German007. This is a guy that was dumped by his babe and only God knows the effizy he wants to do with the car in Naija this december. And now no car! He is spitting fire.

Guy if you trully want a refund you will have to wait for the car to arrive, german007 will have to get a buyer then you will get your money.
Autos / Re: Issue sorted, miix-up occured by ireneann: 10:21am On Dec 14, 2010
What all this blame? This is nothing short of slander! German007 has not said he ate your money. Neither has he said you will not get your car. It is just a case of logistics gone awry.

The guy has even suggested giving you a car for your mobility here in Nigeria. What else do you want from him?

Guy take a chill pill.
