The Last Days started 104 years ago according to Jehovah's witness new light. (aka 1914)

A speaker at a KH yesterday said, "we are at the the very end of the very end of the last days".

Has anyone notice that the watchtower said exactly that some 50 years ago?

She's just getting baptized when impatient, disobedient and haughty ones like YOU who have only spent less than 70 years are getting tired of the race to life, of course she will return to her youthful vigor again!
So those disposed for everlasting life are still coming in( Act 13:48)or do you think any of you have heard enough of all that's been happening on earth including all the errors of the GB than she does? AMA is getting baptized and it's simply AMAzing! smiley smiley smiley

Don't forget to post the pictures of many 8 year-old who are being forced to get baptized by their parents.
An 8 year-old kid will answer YES to these questions:
1. On the basis of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, have you repented of your sins and dedicated yourself to Jehovah to do his will?
2. Do you understand that your dedication and baptism identify you as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with God’s spirit-directed organization?

8 year-olds can't get a drivers licence, they can't buy alcohol, they can't get married, they can't vote but they are forced to take those vows. They are then punished, disfellowshipped when later they question the JW teachings.

Many adults who got baptized do not even know the legal implication of those questions.

True, they are concerned about growth which is severely dwindling. Whatever the future holds, we will see, but it appears they can only hold on for so long.

Many are waking up. The cult is loosing its grip faster than we thought.

What the organization is doing is slowly loosening their grip of many things, policies, celebrations, treatments of people... But they have to be very careful on how they do so so that it will not cause problem for the organization.

Already, we have seen it on blood, they basically allow blood transfusion but whole blood, they even adopt a don't ask, don't tell policy when patients are treated, elders are not expected to go around asking if the patient took blood or not as was done previously.

They have loosen their grip on heavenly sealing, it's a matter of time, probably decades that they will hands off birthdays and Christmas etc.

I dont see many people carry the " no blood" card around any longer.

By the way, as they loosen up on some teachings (e.g 1914), they tighten up on others. Example is the discouragement of university education.

Did you remember the "Millions now living will never die" noise? They dont talk about that any longer. J.F Rutherford is the fraud of a guy who started the 1914 nonsense, the present GB are as culpable as the guy.

They are a confused roller coaster

The recent Montana case involving JW child abuse case, where WT was asked to pay $35M. Below is the court docket (lawyer-speak for argument in court).
If you are JW, and you read how much lies the WT lawyers told the court and you still believe that this is god's organization, then you have been brainwashed to say the least.

Thank God for the internet. Document like this are on the court website for all to read.

To see the court documents go to: https://supremecourtdocket.mt.gov/#!

Click the middle box on that page that says "CLOSED DOCKETS" 2006-present

The case number is: 18-0534

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Here are some of the arguments:

Montana is a mandatory reporting state, but Watchtower lawyers claimed that the law for reporting abuse only applies to “individuals” and they are “corporations”. Victims lawyers win argument with traffic laws analogy saying traffic laws applies to drivers, not employers or corporations. But, employers may be held responsible when their drivers are negligent and hurt others. (see page 15)

Then Watchtower lawyers switch their argument and say that they didn’t report the abuse because reports of abuse can be kept confidential under clergy law, but victims lawyers proved it was NEVER kept confidential because… (see pages 15-16)

Elders told the abuser what the victim said about him

Elders told other elders in the legal department in NY

The legal department told the elders in the Service department (CCJW)

Service dept (CCJW) writes a letter back to original elders.

(Bottom of page 14)

Then Watchtower lawyers switch tactic again and say they can make their own definition of what “confidential” means and the court can’t say otherwise. (p.16).

Some of these lawyers are JW by the way

Here is another CULT who told his followers not to believe what they read on the internet. He said believing what they read on the internet will "weaken their faith".

Very very similar to the expression used by the GB of JWs

After the last Weekend WT study, where the GB told 8mill JW not to trust information from non JW source, the result is that many JW are curious.

For example, the ex-JW Reddit community increased by 200 people in 3 days after the WT study. (https://www.reddit.com/r/exjw)
Note that the average subscription per day has always been about 25/day, that changed by 400%.

The lesson is that, in the internet age, even people in a cult will look at information especially where you dont want them to look.

I've learnt so much from the last Watchtower study article of Oct 1-7. We just need to go on with the work of the Lord and leave Apostates doing what they knows best. They know what they're doing and they shall surely get their reward if they don't relent. I'm sure they'll come out publicly and from house to house too in delivering their messages. wink wink wink

Apostates want to get you out of a CULT. Period

The GB dont want you to see or learn anything that is unbiblical going on in the WT, but thanks to the Internet, there is no hiding place for CULTS. No more.

You sure are an apostate. I am a Jehovah's Witness, and i attended tertiary institution without anyone giving me problems about it. Currently, there are so many witness children in tertiary instututes.

"...I attended tertiary institution without anyone giving me problems...".
You are not a serious witness then if your statement is true.

Here is an excerpt from a Watchtower 2008 Apr 15 p.4:

“What, though, of higher education, received in a college or a university? This is widely viewed as vital to success. Yet, many who pursue such education end up with their minds filled with harmful propaganda. Such education wastes valuable youthful years that could best be used in Jehovah’s service. (Eccl. 12:1) Perhaps it is not surprising that in lands where many have received such an education, belief in God is at an all-time low.” Watchtower 2008 Apr 15 p.4

The most significant sign that you are in a CULT is... When your religious leaders tell you they are the only one that have the facts.

Jehovah's witnesses are always in the news these days (just like the Catholics are), like ostrich who hides his head in the sand, the JW tell the followers not to believe any information in the news. The only source of true information- they claim, is the one they put out there.

They tell the rank and file that JW growth is phenomenal, the truth however is that kingdom hall attendance in North America are shrinking day after day

Please mention the name of another BETTER group that's worthy of all these blackmailing,if you've discovered that a religious group is false then you must be able to IDENTIFY a better one. Failure to do this is tantamount to saying "forget about Jesus or Christianity and worship in your house",because true Christians must worship together. Now that you've publicise the name of a false Christian group, please give us a name (a least of a true Christian group) or are you saying there are no more Christians worshipping together again? wink wink wink

Since you ask, then I’ll tell people to join any religion that accept that survival is a gift (underserved grace) and not due to the work a person does.

I’ll add,
Do not join any group that punishes you when you decide to leave. (The Jehovah’s Witness does)
Do not join any group who punishes you when you ask questions. (The Jehovah’s Witness does)
Do not join any group that tells you to turn against your family as a requisite for joining. (The Jehovah’s Witness does)
Do not join any group who tells you to remain poor when the leader live in 5-star accommodations. (The Jehovah’s Witness leaders do)
Lastly be careful of any group that changes their understanding of the Bible to suite present circumstances.

Other traits of Jehovah’s Witness are;
Hhypocritical = calling other religions false because of involvement in child abuse, when your rank and file are a hotbed of child abusers.
Hhypocritical = discouraging members from attending university when their leaders use the best medical facilities and doctors in NY city.
Hhypocritical = calling the UN evil, while being part of that same organization for decades.

When they show up at your door, ask questions.
Don’t only look at their neat cloths or colorful magazines or their colorful website. Or the purported love they show you when you show up in their halls. That love lasts as long as you want to join. You will see their true color when you ask questions or disagree.

If you want to know more about them, there is the book “Crisis of conscience” written by one of their JW governing body member, Ray Franz.
(ISBN 0999499211. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crisis_of_Conscience.)

Ray Franz is the guy who signed off on their property in Ota Ogun state.

Obviously you're not one of Jehovah's Witnesses before so it's a pity that you're involved in this case but i'll advice you perhaps you'll have a As for your question, the GB said "they're not inspired" you can ask your atheist friends that question, i'm sure they'll not be able to answer you. Did you see them argue with that? If truly you want to enter God's Kingdom, i'll advice you to thread cautiously and please do not just follow the crowd. Exodus 23:2

Read below 3 quotes from the watchtower;

“It is vital that we … respond to the directions of the “slave” as we would to the voice of God.” (Watchtower, June 15, 1957, page 371).

“ Christian … does not advocate or insist on personal opinions or harbor private ideas when it comes to Bible understanding. Rather, he has complete confidence in the truth as it is revealed by ... “the faithful and discreet slave.”” (Watchtower, August 1, 2001, page 14).

“The Governing Body is neither inspired nor infallible. Therefore, it can err in doctrinal matters or in organizational direction...” (Watchtower feb 2017)

The problem with these double speak is that most Jehovah’s Witness rank and file do believe the 1st and 2nd quotes above but do not believe the 3rd. The reason being that any witness who mentions any error made by the “slave” will be disfellowshipped aka expulsion from the religion. The consequence of expulsion can be unimaginably horrific. Many have committed suicide after being disfellowshipped.

Very culty.

For anyone reading this who may not know, “slave”, “the faithful and discreet slave” and “The governing Body” are names used synonymously for the 9 guys who lead the 8 millions Jehovah’s Witness. They all live in Warwick NY and are mostly Americans.

Truth can never be contradicting and conflicting so if 10 different individuals are giving instructions based on the principles set by one single person and their instructions is not in harmony then it's either none of them understood the principle or one of them knows it. Please just tell me which of all these religions understood the principles laid down by God's ONLY begotten son my friend Jesus is just ONE single person wink wink wink

"Truth can never be contradicting and conflicting"
You pretend not to be aware of New LIGHT which always contradict Old LIGHT.
Here are few examples

On whether or not the gay men of Sodom would be resurrected to the paradise Earth:

1879: These men will be resurrected.

1952: The light gets brighter. These men will not be resurrected.

1965: More “new light.” These men will be resurrected, for sure.

1988: Jehovah apparently changed his mind once again. These men will not be resurrected!

How about the separating of the "sheep and the goats ” during the judgment period?"

1919: It will take place after the time of tribulation.

1923: It is taking place now, before the tribulation.

1995: Guess what? The light gets brighter. It will take place after the time of tribulation.

Then you have the ‘Lord’ in Romans 10: 12-16

1903: 'Lord' refers to Jesus.

1940: The light gets brighter? 'Lord’ refers to Jehovah.

1978: The light gets dimmer? 'Lord' refers to Jesus.

1980: The light gets brighter once again? 'Lord' refers to Jehovah.

These are just a few of the hundreds of things the leaders of JW has changed their mind on over the years.

No wonder elders were told to remove and destroy several publications from the library kept in the kingdom Halls

To most Jehovah's witnesses, all these litigation and payout are "blackmails and accusations".

Montana jury awards two women $35M in sex abuse lawsuit against Jehovah's Witnesses

A jury in northwestern Montana awarded two women $35 million Wednesday in their lawsuit against the local Jehovah’s Witnesses congregation and its worldwide headquarters.

The decision came down after a three-day trial. The Thompson Falls congregation and Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, the church’s institutional center in New York and Pennsylvania, will pay $4 million in compensation and $31 million in punitive damages to two women who sued the church in 2016.

The women said Max Reyes, a member of the Thompson Falls congregation, sexually assaulted, molested and raped them over a 13-year period in the 1990s and 2000s, both before he was severed from the congregation and after leadership reinstated him 14 months later.

Watchtower, the church’s worldwide center, is the headquarters for the religious leadership and the church's institutional operations, such as policy making and financing. Each congregation is legally connected to Watchtower as one entity.

If you wonder where your contributions is going.
Your "Organization is the TRUTH" will not tell you that they pay out so much to cover their ass against litigation.

DO yourself a favor, research about your religion from extra-JW sources.
If any religion tells you not to do that, then they have a lot to hide.
If your religion is that truthful, researching about it will not do you harm.

Why JW gets a lot of flak is a fundamental difference in their doctrine compared to other denominations.

And it is that Jesus is not God. A departure from the core belief in "christiandom", TRINITY.

They also believe that only Jehovah's witness will be saved. And that survival depends on obeying their leaders called the Governing body.
So when people point out problems in their beliefs, they get defensive.
In Australia alone, more than a thousand cases of unreported child molestation were found in their midst by an Australian government commission. https://www.childabuseroyalcommission.gov.au/ (See Case study 29)
The Jehovah's witnesses have spent million of US$ to settle out of court child abuse cases in the state of California alone. Several cases are ongoing all over the world (except in Africa for obvious reasons).

That's for you the religion who claim the "Only true religion", who condemn others and claim that others churches are false aka Babylon the Great.

They only want you to research about them using only their source. But all over the internet you will better learn about them from extra-JW sources

Your problem is not keeping Jesus' words in mind. All you're after is disassociating people from the GB but you've forgotten one important thing to be done first. At John 6:68,69 Peter answered Jesus when MAJORITY of those following Him left and never coming to back. Please take note of Peter's question "to whom shall we go?" So instead of worrying yourself about those leaving for uncertainty, why not concentrate on "where faithful followers can go for PURE WORSHIP that they cherish most"? That's where the Spirit dwelling in you failed woefully. wink wink wink

You consider your worship PURE as long as your leaders say so.

for your information the day i got baptized i answered "YES!" not to the one delivering the speech, not to my Bible study conductor, not to those in my congregation, not to the crowd behind me but to JEHOVAH! So what's my business with those who are cancelling their OWN vows? wink wink wink

Do you even know what you answered YES to on the day you got baptized?
If you forgot here are the questions:

1. On the basis of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, have you repented of your sins and dedicated yourself to Jehovah to do his will?
2. Do you understand that your dedication and baptism identify you as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with God’s spirit-directed organization?

Below are the baptismal questions in 1966 according to a August 1, 1966 Watchtower, p. 465,:

(1) Have you recognized yourself before Jehovah God as a sinner who needs salvation, and have you acknowledged to him that this salvation proceeds from him, the Father, through his Son Jesus Christ?

(2) On the basis of this faith in God and in his provision for salvation, have you dedicated yourself unreservedly to God to do his will henceforth as he reveals it to you through Jesus Christ and through the Bible under the enlightening power of the holy spirit?

Do you note the difference in 2nd question?

The changes to the 2 baptism questions above are mainly a legal issue. Anyone being baptized now recognized the total authority of the WT organization. The change to question 2 above now made it legally binding to disfellowship someone for disagreeing with any opinion of the Watchtower organization as they had taken a vow that it was 'God's spirit directed organization'.

It is interesting that in the February 2017 Watchtower Study article, paragraph 12 says: "The Governing Body is neither inspired nor infallible. Therefore, it can err in doctrinal matters or in organizational direction."

The GB is not letting you see through the JW cloud.
In Germany alone, in less than 7 years, 135 Kingdom Halls have been sold. Over 321 congregations have been dissolved!
How do we know this? The German govt requires Watchtower to publish any changes to congregations. (https://www.jehovaszeugen.de/Amtsblatt.44.0.html)
Meanwhile all we are hearing from the GB is "Hail the theocracy ever increasing, wondrous expansion is now taking place..." Wow

In England and the USA, sale of Kingdom Halls and dissolution of Congregations is increasing at an alarming rate.

People are seeing through the lies of these WT leaders. People are waking up.
It can be upsetting to read all these facts especially because the watchtower does not want its members to go research anything about WT from non-WT sources, but thanks to the internet, members are now going online and finding out the deceits.

The list goes on an on.

Go and hug an electric transformer because we're remaining loyal to Jehovah, while your love cools off. Matthew 24:13 cheesy cheesy cheesy
Hugging a transformer is better than being controlled by a cult.
Die free better than live a slave

Go to school. Save for retirement. Dont waste your time peddling literature & tracts for Splane & Co.
I know you are smart and you'll do all these (or may have done them).
But many are fooled by these 8 mostly Americans aka the GB.
Those fooled ones will wake up in another 40-50 years in their old age and find out the Armageddon hasn't still come.
Many old ones in Nigeria who believed the Armageddon BS have found that out, only in hard way.

You're welcome to the world of new light from the King who is known for always giving up to date instructions to His LOYAL and OBEDIENT subjects. Matthew 10:5 compared to Matthew 28:19,20 And Luke 10:1-7 compared to Luke 22:35-38 Sorry my friend we're following our King to any direction He goes. Revelations 14:4 wink wink wink

Old Light versus New Light from Mr Splane.
New Light=When your prediction fails, re predict a new date.
Nowhere in the bible is New or Old light mentioned. Truth is truth.
Logically one of these lights have to be false. But nothing is logical to people in a cult

These Jehovah's witness guys are very audacious liars.

3 years ago when the ChildAbuse issue is hot in Australia. They wrote a confidential letter to the elders to ask for Lawyers.
Really!
Governing Body morons, people dont become lawyers if they dont go to university. Stop discouraging university attendance

We dont want you to go to University.
But we need lawyers to work for Bethel (aka Jehovah) for free.
I think the JW are having lots of ChildAbuse litigation in the spanish field too.

If you are a Spanish-speaking JW please help Jehovah's Organization.
We apologize that we humiliated you when you were attending university and law school..

What a bunch of hypocrites!

TO THE BODIES OF ELDERS

Subject: Jehovah's Witness Lawyers wishing to collaborate with the branch

Dear brothers:

A survey is attached for Jehovah's Witness lawyers wishing to collaborate voluntarily and altruistically in favour of Kingdom interests with regard to legal matters. Once the professional brother writes down the information requested in the survey, he should hand it over to the Congregation Service Committee so that they can complement it and make their recommendation.

We share the following guidelines to help you identify brothers with the appropriate disposition and profile (Isaiah 6:cool.

They must be in a good spiritual condition, be exemplary in the ministry, in the family and in the congregation.
It is preferred that they have experience in court and tribunal litigation or in dealings with government offices.
They must be able to work as a team, follow direction, and have a diligent and helpful attitude.
If there is someone in your congregation with the profile mentioned above, encourage them to make themselves available by filling out the attached form (LD-04) (Ps 110:3). The survey can be sent in PDF format from the Inbox of a congregation elder to the Legal Affairs Inbox or via email to consultaslegales.mx@jw.org. Explain to the brothers that after filling out the survey and giving it to the elders, they will not receive a letter in response. Rather, when a need arises, they will be contacted by the branch. If someone can no longer make themselves available, no longer meets the requirements, or moves congregation, the body of elders should make sure that they notify the Legal Department.

On the other hand, if the circumstances of a publisher allow them to devote one or more specific days in the week to collaborate with the branch or if they could support the branch occasionally when urgent needs arise, encourage them to fill out an Application for Volunteers Program (A-19). In the letter dated 10th October 2016, under the subject "Bethel Advisers", you can find recommendations for this facet of sacred service. When someone completes the A-19 application and is a legal professional, they can also fill out the attorney survey.

It is nice to be able to count on brothers who have the same attitude as the apostle Paul in defending the good news for the love of the Christ (Philippians 116). We trust that with your spiritual vision you can recommend valuable brothers.

We send you our warm Christian love and best wishes.

Your brothers,

Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses

Hmmmmmmmmmm so the harlot in Revelations is just one single religious group (Jehovah's Witnesses) and the irony of it is that according to John's Revelations the harlot is fornicating with the kings of the earth meaning in good terms with them whereas no government on earth has given JWs the freedom to operate except America! Thanks master for your morons are swallowing the misinterpretation but unfortunately JWs knew very well what the harlot stand for. wink wink wink
How do you even know that the "Harlot" is a religious group?
Most of JW interpretations of Revelation is now considered "Old Light".
Stay alert for New Lights aka our-prediction-failed-lets-come-out-with a-new-interpretation
