Sir, Permit me to ask how much does it cost to plant a piece of this? The trees I mean 🤷‍♀️

The Dwarf Coconut trees were planted when small and it cost around 2k per tree then, not sure of now. I also bought black soil that was used to plant it, about 5 cement bags around N50k or so. Not expensive at all. I also planted some SourSop trees but they died at infancy so I replaced them with more coconut trees.
Hope this helps. They were planted about 3 years now.

Yes. I see what you have achieved here. This is a domestic open air event centre. Some call it flexible event centre. I can also see the near zero maintenance palm trees. Very nice. One can easily see how the introduction of the trees brings a different dimension to the stamped concrete. You can't beat the beauty of nature.

Homeowners should look more into embracing plants, trees, flowers, herbs in compound solutions and mixing in stamped concrete or interlocking tiles. The fear of reptiles is an unfounded fear.

So my own is why are homeowners not exploring the garden solution..

For me, I wanted an area where I can do “Owambe” and entertain hence the stamped concrete of almost one plot.

Remember same thing I communicated to you when I saw your work on that Eastern project.
I wish I thought about this when I was stamping my floor on one full plot… some thought for future projects.
But I will first compare the cost of tilings with good outdoor tiles before jumping into decisions.

The inverters AC are good especially with the installed Solar energy with less consumption.

Some ppl asked me for this.
The old Oga EgunMogaji gate design, now modified to look different.
Made with thick checker board iron with a touch of Gold and flower designs. I just like the simplicity of it.
This gate is very heavy and we had to employ some Abokis to erect it. The thing cost about N1m now o. God help us o.

I've been meaning to write it here for a while, the opinion of myself and my screeders is that basecoat putty is better than cement screeding.
Often times, cement screeding tends to crack after some time, it needs to be primed with white emulsion paint to prevent excessive consumption of paint and give white background for a sharper final paint application.
Basecoat is white and doesn't need any extra priming.
Those we have handled application for can attest to these.

I agreed with you. Remember that my house that we used Cement Screeding few years ago. I will never use cement screed again.
