Cure yourself from selective amnesia, bias and prejudice.

That is in POUNDS and not Naira.

Naira was not used until after the colonial period

Naira or Pounds has nothing to do with the figures there. The difference/margin of the allocations is what people discuss.

So the west generated more income compared to both Northern and Eastern Nigeria put together and gets the least from the FG. Cheating started in Nigeria since 0001AD

Awolowo was busy trying to Catch up with Europe

He built Ikeja From the Scratch out of a Jungle where Elephants, leopards, and Gorillas were still roaming around, into the Capital of the Western Region

Awolowo had big dreams for his People, Singapore was too small compared to what Awolowo was aiming for
With all humility ,Awolowo outperform the British

The dream that turned Lagos into an Economic Powerhouse was Awolowos dream

I am not Joking

He established the first television station in Africa which many European countries were yet to have.

That man has a special place in our hearts.

All this Yorubas here are really stupid. Then Eastern Region involved all the Southern States we have now as South South. Eastern Region is oil producing region, so you see why it was like that? Well you westerners must cry blood from your eyes. Nigeria is disintegrating sooner or later. Be ready to make your region what you want. Easterners aren’t begging for unity. Besides the documents are fake. Yorubas only live by propaganda and cunning is their destinies so we aren’t surprise anytime they throw in their nature of propaganda.

Easterners are the grandfathers of propaganda from Azikwe,Ojukwu to kanu,Chidoka etc and other liars.

With that Awolowo's benevolence, Igbos have now bought almost half of Lagos while his children are crying to Tinubu to help them

Awolowo will be regretting this in his grave

How does this make sense?

Why would they bring tax from another region and count it in another region and then input that as revenue from the region where they counted it? Lol

The British may be evil but give them credit for knowing basic accounting.

There's no need to do gymnastics just to dodge and wish away the efficiency and effectiveness of the rulership of the Yoruba people. Otherwise you'd end up with illogicality such as this.

if i bring commodities to lagos to sell for export do i pay sales tax in kaduna or sokoto?
