The old adage says he who pays the piper dictates the tune. Wicked Wike spent so much of Rivers money sponsoring PDP when most governors lost faith in the party. Same way Amaechi spent the state money on APC 2015 election and being rewarded heavily by Bubu.
PDP need to tread softly with Wike and simply sacrifice Secondus who in my opinion has no electoral value.

Nigerian are deeply worried that PDP is not providing an alternative to APC, we may have to wait till 2027 when the change may come. My two kobo

Fair, reasonable, compelling and excellent analysis man! Secondus should be seconded to somewhere else while PDP should take charge. They’re not providing credible alternative to this useless party

Did anybody sit down with Secondus where he agreed to step down?

When the PDP NEC were holding the meeting, was Secondus present at the meeting?

Wike's stubborness will crash PDP.

PDP constitutional says only the NEC can remove the chairman.

Secondus will win this case at the Supreme Court and APC might aid him.

Going on memory lane for those that suffer from collective amnesia around, AKA Children of hate, frustrations and perdition..
The 12-storey structure projected to serve as the national secretariat of the former ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is tottering, being a borrowed vision that was not contemplated by the founding fathers of the party.
 
 After organising fundraising on two occasions and gathering billions of naira, the office could not complete that single project.

As such, five years after work on the site was stopped in 2014, the new helmsmen in PDP are crying for funds to see to the completion of the building. However, the cry for more funds has raised fresh concerns over the status and whereabouts of the N21billion raised during a special fundraising dinner organised by the party on December 2014.  
  
Incumbent PDP national chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, recently lamented that there was not enough money to complete the new national secretariat, which cost has was varied upwards from N11.5bilion to N16billion.
    
The then governor of Kaduna State, Alhaji Namadi Sambo, an architect, was commissioned to put up the project design. And in a bid to get the structure off the drawing board, PDP organised fundraising on November 14, 2008, targeting N10b out of which it raked in N6b. The dinner was chaired by Vice President Goodluck Jonathan and the highest donation came from Mr. Femi Otedola, while the richest man in Africa, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, announced a donation of N3b worth of cement.

UP TILL NOW, Nothing to show for it.
They even sold the cement Dangote gave them and looted the money!

This dead and looting party doing all they can trying to stay relevant.

Rivers State vs SECONDUS

SECONDUS has a very good case because his tenure ends by December but in the interest of peace and chances of PDP winning the presidential election he decided to sheath his sword but this pofpof is chest beating because he has Rivers State finance at his disposal, forgetting that nobody has ever been the president of Nigeria through desperation since 1999.

He should have learn from Dr. Peter Odili's mistake.
As a Rivers Man I'm so disappointed In Wike.


Well spoken, he will end up to be the worst Rivers governor. Currently, his rating among Rivers State people is far below Amaechi.
