My gynae has advised that I come in to be induced next week if I don't fall into labour before then.

I can't believe I'm about to walk this path again. My last pregnancy was the same; I was induced. The pain was out of this world, and I had prayed that it would be different this time.

I want to feel my water break, unlike the last time that it was ruptured by the doctor. I want to naturally fall into labour.

I'm happy I suggested to my HR that I start working from home from the beginning of the month and then commence my leave as soon as I give birth, else I would have just been waking up, eating, and sleeping. Boredom drives me crazy.

All my teamies have put to bed, and I'm still here.

I'm not tired of the pregnancy, quite frankly (even though MIL has turned my body cream to anointing oil ), I just don't want to be induced, again.

MIL said she suspects that the delay is because I take cold water. I didn't argue much, I just told her to escort me to Antenatal and I made my gynae clarify things...Lol

Baby boy come out please, you need to see your beautiful elder sister. She just started school and will sing you all the nursery rhymes that she just learnt. I have to warn that she doesn't stop.

Just come, we can't wait to meet you.

I keep getting banned for posting my BS

I am not a good writer but as a first time mum, I will write in details my experience.

I got married in December, hubby and I decided to try for a child. We tried in December, it didn't work. I felt sad so I decided to take my next ovulation seriously. January came, we tried again and it worked. I wasn't sure because on the day of my period, I had a very slight bleeding which I mistook for menses. My period was 5days late, DH got PT strip and I saw 2 beautiful lines confirming I was pregnant. I went for blood test and it confirmed it. DH and I were overjoyed that we will soon become 3. I got to know that the bleeding is known as implantation bleeding.

The 9month journey started, I also downloaded a pregnancy app to keep me abreast as a first time. First trimester came with morning sickness or should I say night sickness because I felt nauseous mostly at night. Thank God for our mummies on this thread, I thought it was malaria. My MS was more of loss of appetite and metallic taste which made me lose weight during this period. By the 16th week, MS stopped and my appetite was back. Second trimester was the best. Everything went smoothly and my bumb became obvious by the 25th week. My skin was glowing but had this severe itching on my face and neck. I entered 3rd trimester, it was smooth too. From 32nd week, walking became difficult, leaving the bed wasn't easy, was always sleeping, swollen feet at 35th week...37th week, I went for antenatal, the doctor checked my pelvic and said it was too small to push a baby. I was booked for CS the following week.

Hi ma, you can boil in the morning and also warm in the evening and drink. The remaining one you can boil the next day. That is how I used mine. If it is much, put it inside those #100 sack bag, it will last up to 4days.
Always drink with milk too.
