I think the Igbos should leave Politics alone and focus on business only. It is from one complain to another.

I have the reason Ibos succeed in business is the very same reason they are bad in politics and will always continue to be. Every body/ tribe has traits, those traits come with positives and negatives. The Ibo always wants to dominate and be no1 the alpha dog. it propels them to success in business but it is an impediment in politics because politics is about compromise, allowing, others waiting, building bridges. Not bulldozing your way like you do in business!!! In the history of Nigeria from Zik to 1966 coup to civil war to 2015 elections, Every time the Ibo man has not had his way, he has scattered everything for everybody and razed the roof. Unfortunately each time he does it all it does is set him back but he never learns and comes back making demands.

Tinubu has spent years building bridges, enabling others from other tribes even Atiku himself used Tinubus party to contest, when Ngugie was persecuted by his party Tinubu gave him a home, shettina nko, 20 years he waited, now it is his time people are falling over themselves to repay their debt to him, that how you win in politics.

Let's stop making Tinubu and Atiku feel so good about themselves.
The only threat to the Igbo presidency are the Igbos themselves.

When the Igbos decide they are ready to have a President, then they will have a President.

For this man talk now I conclude Igbos are fully relegated to fourth class citizens of NIGERIA. Igbos can't be president in Nigeria if Northern people and it elites and SouthWest people and it's elites doesn't endorse it.
This is just the basic fact and reality. So if you're Igbo here know this and know peace.

It is very silly to spend 7 years Campaigning for Secession and Biafra including violently only to turn around and say it is the Presidency of the Same Nigeria you fought and campaigned so hard against for 7 years that you now need only a year to the Elections

You have finished convincing other Nigerians very thoroughly that your real goal is the dismemberment of the Country

There is nothing wrong with an Igbo President but many Nigerians don't believe you even want Nigeria to exist

How do you plan to win their confidence and votes in an Election ?

Ibo man hardly help others in politics. Atiku and Tinubu has helped politician outside their State to win election, they have helped people economically. but you will find hard to see iboman using his money to sponsor politician outside his state. that's why they don't have political influence

In fairness, their leaders know all the things this man is saying. It is ordinary Igbos, like the nuisances on Nairaland, who do not want to accept reality.

When we advise them to learn progressive and productive politics they insult us. Yet that is exactly what Okorie is telling them below. He is poking fun at Igbos failure to be relevantly entrenched in APC or PDP as valuable stakeholders.

“Political parties are owned by certain individuals who in turn invite members of the public to join in order to win elections and I do not see any Igboman in APC or PDP belonging to the core stakeholders’ forum of any of them,” he said.

It is quite unfortunate that you have refused to see with your eyes and reason with your senses. Go kill them both since they're an obstacle to your Presidency of a country that you reside in and called a zoo due to reasons best known to you.

Igbos were made by God to do business, God knows far more than us that if the Igbos had land they would probably use all to build estate, so he gave it the Hausas who equally have the strength to farm.

Face your business! It is what over 250million people depend on, just like the way over 250million people depend on farm produce from the North!

Stop this nonsensical idealogy of Igbo Presidency, learn from Buhari, with all his tears, he could not become the President, but when it was HIS time, he won, and would see the end of most of his enemies. Quite funny ..

No leader can get there if God does not approve... Sad truth!

I said it earlier that Igbo blackmail of Yorubas in the APC, which is never their Party, is because they know that the only chance they stand of producing is the President is if APC and PDP field Igbo candidates.

Alas that won't happen because stakeholders in APC and PDP dont feel they owe politically irrelevant Igbos zilch.

The average Igbo lacks vision, patience and abiding wisdom. If they cannot profit today then they are not interested in being part of any lengthy building process.

They were unwise refusing to Join APC in the merger to have become a strong component of the Party at birth. Today they wish to blackmail the Party for it's ticket and Okorie has just now told them mba. Not possible.

Till today , I cannot believe Umahi thought he stood a chance of being the APC candidate. Comical beyond belief for most reasonable folk but not Igbos who can never have the wisdom or sense of equity to see that they cannot reap where they have not sown. Others will never allow that.
