If you are are a financial consulting company, you may not always know the line of business of your clients. Isn't that a possibility?

This is not just a client business. The relationship ties back to Lagos. Tinubu even lived with them, and his wife opened an account together with one of the dealers wife. Even you know that Tinubu knew what he was doing. He even referred to Akande as his cousin in one of the documents.

Yes. Better than losing everything and the suspect was not even in the country.

Why would America be willing to go with such a plea deal in the first place?

Hushpuppi's case, it will be cheaper to try him and confiscate the money. In Tinubu's case, he forfeited the money based on a juicy deal.

Brothers and Sisters.

Please look at this matter critically with all your brains intact!

Keyamo said the $460k was VAT on INTEREST. Oh my God!!!!!!!!!!

Have you sat to ask yourself how much the INTEREST was to have earned that much interest?

Most astonishingly is then the amount of PRINCIPAL.

OH MY GOD!!!!!

KEYAMO WAS MAKING YOU SEE HOW YOU ALL ARE WASTING YOUR TIME. AFTERWARDS, VAT OR NO VAT WHAT HAS ANYBODY BEEN ABLE TO MAKE OUT OF IT. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! IT WILL ALL END IN NOISE MAKING. ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU IS NIGERIA'S NEXT PRESIDENT BY THE GRACE OF GOD. A GREAT BLESSING FOR PROGRESS, PEACE AND PROSPERITY.

But in 2003, Tinubu was in the opposition. PDP was in power and wanted to nail him in order to get Lagos. Why would PDP then forge the document or allow Tinubu succeed in doing that under their watch?
Don't forget, PDP themselves decided to pursue the matter and were in charge of it.

How? U na still small. I pray u na no face crisis. You will learn that sometimes we differ for what we know nothing about

Even a FOOL in the USA would not accept such amount of money from another person and bank the money without asking or knowing the source of the money.

Tinubu knew that the money were proceeds from drug trafficking.

I don't think it disqualifies him, especially since the case is in a foreign country. But it makes the populace see him for who he is.

In advanced country he will be disqualified but in nigeria impossible, because they will be romancing the case until inec declares the presidential result, if he eventually wins the case wil die a natural death.

In essence, Tinubu should be extradited to the US to answer to this drug deals case and clear his name.

Go to sch but u no hear! No sense in this. US court is not declaring him wanted of any case, the case had been sorted out long ago. So why suggesting that he should be extradited to US. Nairaland is for elite not like ur type

If Tinubu's case was sorted out long ago, the fact remains that Tinubu was once linked to keeping the proceeds from drug trafficking. That already disqualifies Tinubu from contesting to become the president of a country.

I have strong reasons to believe that so called embassy letter is not genuine. Not like it will change anything as na naija we dey, but just for the sake of knowledge.

I have shared some points to note earlier. Here is another, that document has a typo that is hard to ignore. The red flags!

It reads the United States and it's territories

It should be ITS not IT'S

2. The typing alignment is not justified format, even the 1993 document was properly aligned in justified typing format. How could a 2003 not be? Compare the two below.
3. Inec supposedly received a document in 2010 when Tinubu wasn't vying for any post in 2010.

Jyde81 and TWoods when I said you were not very smart like Tinubu your mentor, una see am now. If anarchist grandpa wan forge something, he should at least get someone to do a fool-proof job.

Completely separate thread that has zero to do with me. Why am I referenced with respect to tinubu? Seems you’re pretty upset about the previous thread. Such thin skin from an obnoxious loudmouth. Sold any foam today in agodi?
