OK you are now accepting that the statement is a gaffe. It's better than trying to explain rubbish. Whether constructed fine or not, tinubu said the rubbish he said, you are not the one to tell us what he intended saying, or did you write the script for him?

Even if we go by your logic, what down payment are we Even talking of? Down payment for transmission lines?
Comparing Biden, a man that can talk over an hour without script and tinubu makes sense at all to you?

Na wa oo

You've said a lot but still haven't explained how Sambisa is twice the size of Israel. Ppl always point out the specks in other ppl's eyes

We are discussing Tinubu's gaffe. You have been here defending the rubbish. You can show me where I spent my time defending the sambisa issue. Since "They could not make a damn payment for a roasted corn for that electricity” has become a highly intellectual statement to you and your type.

It has nothing to do with hardwork

I am talking about a character trait as I SEE IT

You can debate whether I am wrong or not but changing that to HARDWORK suggests that your head is not working properly

I know Igbos more than any group because I have been embedded with them a long time

Mention ANYTHING

Anything in this life
that someone has done well

The first thing an Igbo man will mention is HIMSELF and somehow suggest he has done better. He is never happy at anyone's success. Instead he will try to make it look small or say something that HE HAS DONE that is better.

What has that got to do with HARDWORK?

Say they have discovered oil in Kano somehow the Igbo man will bring the conversation to himself and Igbo affairs
Say any state has done anything somehow they will bring the discussion to Igbo states

The apprentice system Igbos created for themselves is enough to call them Hardworking. Again, an envious person won't even teach you what made them rich. I doubt you've been with Igbos neither do I think you've stepped your foot anywhere in the east.

I did not talk about whether Igbos are hardworking so how is apprenticeship system relevant
Why not tell us about how Ofe Nsala makes Igbos have white teeth

You cannot insist on discussing WITH ME something I never talked about

I said that the Igbo man is naturally a jealous and envious person that does not like to hear others doing well including his fellow Igbo

What has that got to do with Igbo Apprenticeship system or Osu caste system? What is the connection

I'm sorry, you aren't as brilliant as I initially thought. Let me break it down for you.

Apprentice Sytem as a way the rich and successful Igbo families pass wealth to the less privileged families. Envious people wouldn't want to teach their source of wealth for the fear you would grow beyond them.

Again you dont know anything about the Igbos.

Jollof rice is a dish prepared with rice and tomatoes
Not relevant

Igbos are a naturally envious people if you want to refute that talking about Oja Flute or Osu caste system is not a refutation

To listen to you one would think all Igbos are traders involved in apprenticeship system

MOST IGBOS ARE NOT TRADERS that is more Anambra and Abia people , There are Igbo teachers, Mechanics , tailors, cooks, teachers, drivers ,oloshos and so on

If you want to discuss apprenticeship create a thread for that
Is it only Igbos that have apprentice? Herdsmen do not have apprentice?

My observation is that Igbos are an envious group. That has nothing to do with being hardworking or apprenticeship. Even kidnappers and ashawo dey do apprentice?

I'm glad you have taken back your myopic claim and have further limited it to your shallow personal observation. Now ride on with the 30K per month job you've been paid to do.

I have not taken anything back

Let us assume I am on 30 K a month. I do not and have never begged your mother for garri

You Igbos need to realize that calling people poor or abuse of poverty is a concept that does not transcend culture. It may pain or make sense to your fellow Igbos to me it just underlines your lack of civilization

As long as your father does not feed me my 30 K is my business. Find another abuse because that can only pain Igbos like you

I stand by my position that your are an envious group
You are talking rubbish about apprenticeship?

Nigerians are all amazing and none is perfect they all have strengths and weaknesses

The Igbo man tends to manifest a level of envy above all Nigerians. My point is when people see this they think it is tribalism but I am saying that they do it even among themselves.
We see it even among traders who organize to kidnap each other and so on

So dot not talk to me about hardwork.
Envy is a big problem .

That problems exists among all groups and I think it is least among the Hausa/Fulani who think more of the interest of their groups than ego and pride.

Is there any reason the non-envious tribes fought a war to make this same hated envious tribe to remain with them? I don't understand the logic.

What does it matter if he makes gaffes? Biden is referred to as a gaffe machine and so what's the effect? When Tinubu said PD.. he corrected himself and said APC. No one can come here and say Tinubu doesn't know what a PVC is, lets's get real. Again I'm sorry if the roasted corn statement is too hard for you to grasp cos logically you know it makes sense that he was saying the down payment wasn't enough for roasted corn. The statement not being constructed perfectly doesn't change the meaning you guys just want to jump on this corn gag which is fine. However, you guys have not explained Sambisa being twice the size of Israel. I think we've beaten this roasted corn thing to death by now

Of course they are educated illiterate, an average Ipobian or obidiiot has low IQ, comprehension is very basic and low, that's why they compensate with talking boisterously.

It's a statement of fact about your Tribe. It's not about being tribalistic.

Wjen people say Benin ladies are Oloshos in Italy, does it preclude the fact that there are Yorubas, Igbos ladies among them?...No, there are other tribes among them but it's more common with the Benin ladies.
Envy and arrogance are two negative attributes common to the Igbos...nothing is tribalistic about that. It's a fact.
