First, how did the buyer get to know about the product? Through Nairaland thread?
After making payment, did the seller updates the thread? Yes.
He wrote sold in that thread, which means he has disposed the product.
In that sense, the product is now the buyer property..
In any case whatsoever, you shouldn't tamper with a property that is not yours, IN ANY CASE.
And for your point on buyer buying at ludicrous rate, that is not my concern, since he didn't force the seller to sell, he can resell for whatever amount he deem necessary, I reckon that is the bedrock of business
