Nah! it doesn't work that way. Some things are left with prerogative, if the HR contacted me, that they are going to remove an officer and it has to be one of the 3 Nigerians, is that not a bias already? I have lived in towns in Yoruba land where all non-indigenes were banned from leaving their houses. It didn't matter whether you have been in their town for 30 years and speak their local language fluently. In fact, it didn't matter whether you are from the same state and local government. As long as you're not an indigene, you're not permitted to come out. This is the trend in other states I've lived in (e.g., Delta).
