It should be a yes because you are providing her employment letter and address on NIN, you should also include the explanation on location and distance in your additional information and/or letters as evidence for staying apart

Attached is the refusal letter. It is insufficient funds. I cant seem to find where to declare the refusal I only saw a space "If you needed to add more information about your application but were not able to, you can write it here." Is that where I should write it?

Also can any one send me the refusal (Insufficient POF) cover letter template

Please, does UKVI send emails to all work referees?
My two referees said they've not received any email from them and it has been more than 2 weeks since I did biometrics.
Should I be worried?

Anyway when reapplying there is a section that asks if you have been refused a UK visa before that’s where you should answer Yes

And then it provides a box to add the information on the refusal which you can copy and paste from the refusal letter

There isn’t a template or cover letter refusals you have to draft yours if you have more explaining to do

Have received collection email yet mine too but sstill waiting to be received by VAc anf waiting for collection email

It depends on the ECO and the need to scrutinise your application.They may or may not verify your work reference

If they do it will most likely be your company’s head office or HR

I have started a new application and saved it until I get their passports then I will go ahead to pay the ihs and visa fee. Up until when I saved the application I didn't see anything on refusal.

Just go ahead and re-apply,.....I had similar refusal for my depedent also ,we reapply and she got her visa... State clearly in that column that they will ask reason for refusal...just say insufficient fund . .Period..

I woke up to see that the ihs fees for my 3 kids have been refunded to my account. I applied on the 1st of august and they did their bio on the 7th august. I got an empty nsf on the 14th of august so i called on the 16th and I was told a decision has been made but didn’t get any collection email. 25th was the 15th day so I made escalation call yesterday and this morning I’m seeing their ihs fees refunded. Is everything okay?

I’m the ma and I’m already here with my wife. I’m worried 😞

Indeed very costly and expensive mistake. I am waiting to get collection mail so that I can have their passports before applying. I have done their application but yet to pay IHS, Visa and pick bio date until I get their passport. Once I have it I will finish the rest. All is well
