I take it that like most young obidients, you don’t know how the court operates. The final address contains the major points of the contestants. The judges wont be sieving through those boxes obi dropped in court. It is just for camera and nothing more. There was not a single discrepancy in the final result and the ones eventually uploaded according to Obi’s petition so the judges wont rule on that. The judges will only rule on all those technicalities and pre election matters that obi brought before the judges.
That's not true. It was clearly demonstrated in court that Obi won Rivers and Benue. Even the defence never argued that.

If you were his age and in his shoes you wouldn’t do better. The job of a Judge is a wearying endeavour! Many a Judge are there who silently live in regret for accepting (or seeking) the Bench.

Check Fergie001 how he is giving details of petition of each political party. This is a man with brain and sense but all you do is to malign and denigrate Peter Obi at every given opportunity. I pray the emotional instability of Obiphobia you have will not kill you.

The address and the proceedings are all over the internet. Can you provide a single link where obi lawyers claimed they won those two states ? What was the score they tallied and presented in court to show they won? What was their eventual score? I m not talking about fake news online… I am talking about what was presented in court

The issue of non qualification or disqualification of a candidate is a pre election matter.

Elections when conducted & results declared can not be questioned under the provision of 131 of the constitution on issues of non qualification or disqualification.

garfield1

This Court is sitting as a tribunal and not as a Court of Appeal.

They did. It is immaterial because it does not affect the final outcome. But that's what the Prof who was invited showed. That Obi won both states. The proceedings were even here on NL. There was a certain guy updating it till he was banned.

True but irev is secondary via supreme court ruling in osun.according to the electoral act, manual and irev must be compared and verified

Let us explain things to you gently may be you will Understand better

Ok

same way you voted for Peter Obi is the same way others voted for Tinubu and Atiku

Peter Obi failed to get 25 % in any Sharia Muslim States so that alone is already 12 States lost
plus the 5 SW States where he failed to get 25 % that is already 17 States lost where he didn't get the mandatory 25% National Spread.
We haven't yet added Kogi ,Kwara and others o !
Peter Obi lost!!

Even if you want to very stubbornly argue that the 5 SW States results were rigged and exclude them
( But in that case the APC will also argue for the SE results to be excluded too for the very same reason)

Then include only the 12 Sharia Muslim States where Peter Obi failed to get 25% and add Kwara and Kogi State too
That is already a total of 14 States,
Peter Obi could not afford to have 25% in less than 24 states without loosing

Peter Obi still lost the Elections!!!!!
