It is a guarantee as a matter of fact, the scenerio you gave is very rare and the tendencies of a woman having delaying after miscarriage is low as well.

That's just 1 in 1 million. That's not a criteria. I won't advocate for that but then my uncle and even brother have impregnated women who delivered safely.
